Beginning on August 13, 2016, J.P. Morgan Access® will no longer allow users to log on with the Windows® Vista operating system (OS). If you are currently logging on with Windows Vista, you will need to work with your company's technical support team to upgrade to an approved OS - Windows 7, 8.0/8.1, or 10, or Apple OS X® 10.11 - before August 13, 2016.

If you are currently logging on with Windows XP, you will need to work with your company's technical support team to upgrade to an approved OS - Windows 7, 8, or 8.1, or Apple OS X® 10.8 or 10.9 - before the second quarter of 2015.
